About the company

We are a modern company consisting of pleasant colleagues in pleasant premises. Our headquarters is centrally located in Linköping, just a few hundred meters from the train station. We also have offices in Västerås, Karlstad, Göteborg and Shanghai, China.

Ides Master concept is our software for creating and organizing technical facility data, building information, and technical product data during all phases of a project: design, project implementation, maintenance, and future operational analyses.

Ides is expanding and has an increased demand for our products and services. We are therefore expanding our organization with several new employees.

We conduct IT development on current platforms such as C#, .NET, AutoCAD, Oracle, SQL Server, Maui etc.

Your tasks

You will be part of our product organization where you participate in developing our software. You will work with publications regarding our products, ranging from product information online and marketing campaigns to the product manual. The role also includes being part of ensuring quality in deliveries. This means that you will test the product, which leads to a better understanding and opportunities to make the manual better.

Requirements

Fundamentally, you have suitable education as well as experience in technical documentation. Since we are an international product provider, it is important that you speak and write English.

As a person, we value that you are thorough, responsible, and enjoy working in a group and can make technical information easy to understand and tasteful. You are used to planning and completing your own projects.

Experience with the tools ”Wordpress” and ”Help & Manual” is meritorious.
