What will your challenge be?

• Define and implement the organization's growth strategy.
• Increase profitability and strengthen market share.
• Lead the Commercial, Production, Logistics, Imports, Finance, and Human Resources areas.
• Manage budgets, key performance indicators (KPI), and strategic resources.
• Optimize processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Strengthen relationships with clients, suppliers, and strategic allies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Present results, proposals, and growth plans to the Board of Directors.

Profile we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Desirable Master's degree or specialization in Business Management, Finance, or Strategy.
• Intermediate-advanced English or bilingual.
• Experience in SAP or any enterprise ERP.
• Minimum 5 years leading companies, business units, or strategic areas with responsibility over financial and operational results.
• Experience in strategic planning, budget administration, and financial analysis.
• Solid experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
