Job Objective:
Provide accounting and administrative support to the Shared Services Department, ensuring the correct updating of accounts, preparation of reports, recording of sales, control of payments to suppliers, and maintenance of reliable and timely financial/accounting information.
Main Functions:
- Prepare reports with qualitative and quantitative information.
- Control, monitor, and update accounting accounts.
- Review and timely present daily sales records.
- Organize and keep updated the accounting books of the assigned operations.
- Control payments to suppliers and maintain accurate records of expenses.
- Prepare reclassifications and expense distributions when required.
- Comply with the company's policies, procedures, safety standards, and code of conduct.
Requirements
- One year of experience in accounting processes, accounts, financial records, or similar positions.
- Advanced English with the ability to communicate and understand information spoken/written.
- Knowledge of accounting tools such as SAP, Oracle, AS400, or similar systems.
- University student of Contaduría Pública y Auditoría, minimum third year.
Benefits:
- Base salary in a range of Q6,510.00 - Q7,400.00, will be defined according to the candidate's experience, academic training, and expectations.
