Bilingual Accounting Analyst - Zone 11, Guatemala City

Provide operational and administrative support to all areas of the Shared Services Department, ensuring the correct management of accounting, financial, and administrative information for the assigned clubs

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize reports with qualitative and quantitative information.
• Control, monitor, and update accounting accounts in the AS400 system.
• Correct and record daily sales in a timely manner.
• Organize and maintain updated accounting books for the assigned clubs.
• Follow up and control payments to suppliers for services rendered.
• Maintain an accurate record of expenses.
• Prepare reclassifications and expense developments when required.
• Protect the company's assets and work tools.
• Comply with the Code of Conduct, ethics policies, security, and internal procedures.
• Perform any other activity related to the position that is assigned by the company

Requirements

• University studies in Contaduría Pública y Auditoría (CPA), minimum third year passed.
• Knowledge of English (mandatory).
• Experience in administrative and accounting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Desirable knowledge in AS400 or similar accounting systems.
• Analytical skill and attention to detail.
• Availability to work in person in Zona 11, Guatemala.
• Availability to work under a hybrid modality.
