Project Engineer for a global engineering company

IDE Technologies, a world leader in water treatment solutions, is looking for a Project Engineer to join the team and be responsible for leading and managing all engineering aspects of the project.

The position includes, among other things:

• Management and coordination of all engineering activities in the project.
• Leading integration and coordination between various disciplines: process, mechanics, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and control.
• Defining work logic and determining priorities between departments.
• Review and verification of the design against customer requirements and organizational standards.
• Ensuring compliance with specifications, while identifying opportunities for changes and scope expansions (Change Orders).
• Representing engineering in meetings with the customer and various internal interfaces.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering or a relevant field.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Project Engineer in an engineering company – mandatory.
• 2-4 years of previous experience in mechanical or process design – mandatory.
• Proven ability to lead matrix teams or manage employees – advantage.
• High proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
• Knowledge of mechanical / process equipment and in the fields of infrastructure and civil.
• Previous experience in designing water treatment systems – significant advantage.
• Proficiency in CAD software – advantage.
• Background in Piping Design – advantage.
