Accounting Manager

For IDE Technologies, a global leader in the field of desalination and water treatment, an Accounting Manager is required. A key role serving as a central junction in the finance department, with a direct impact on accurate financial management and the company's ability to support its extensive global growth and operations.

The role includes:

• Managing the accounting team at the company's headquarters, while leading day-to-day tasks and guiding accountants in overseas subsidiaries.
• Serving as a professional authority and knowledge center in the field of accounting towards cross-organizational interfaces such as payroll, treasury, logistics, and budget control.
• Full responsibility for the quality and timeliness of reporting to tax authorities, while ensuring compliance with procedures, VAT laws, and proper bookkeeping.
• Accompanying and improving the team's professionalism in a dynamic and system-intensive work environment, including employee mentoring and the implementation of efficient work processes.
• Leading accounting-related projects in the Priority (ERP) system.
• Closing project orders in collaboration with project managers and the treasurer, alongside analysis and control of the company's financing ledgers.

• Accounting Certificate Type 3 - Mandatory, Payroll Accounting Certificate – Advantage
• Full command of Priority in the relevant modules. – Significant advantage
• 8+ years of experience as a Chief Accountant, including managing an accounting team entrusted with several companies, with a significant advantage for a background in a global / industrial / project-based company.
• Experience working with currencies and revaluation, conversions, analyses and intercompany reconciliations, vendor and inventory management, loans, and interest.
• English - Very good level
• Excel - High level
