BMS Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Supervisor – On-Site

Your tasks

We are seeking an experienced BMS Testing & Commissioning Supervisor with strong hands-on knowledge of Building Management Systems and ACMV controls.

Requirements

Key Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline
• 3 –7 years of relevant project experience
• Strong experience in BMS Testing & Commissioning
• Hands-on knowledge of sensors, relays, BMS control panels, wiring and troubleshooting
• Experience with Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric and Daikin BMS systems
• Good knowledge of VAVs, dampers, thermostats, flow meters and ACMV controls
• Familiar with BACnet and Modbus protocols
• Able to handle technical documentation, drawings and T&C submissions
• BCSS / relevant Safety Supervisor or Coordinator certification is compulsory
• Able to supervise and coordinate on-site BMS T&C activities

*Salary: SGD 4,000 – SGD 4,500/month Working Hours:** Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
