Your tasks

• Drive the full-cycle recruitment process from initial sourcing to successful onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for every candidate.
• Master the art of interviewing by utilizing behavioral techniques to identify top-tier talent that aligns with our core values.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and develop tailored acquisition strategies.
• Elevate our employer brand in the Cairo market, making us the employer of choice for high-potential professionals.
• Optimize recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems to maintain a data-driven approach to hiring.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of proven experience in Human Resources and Recruitment, specifically within a Talent Acquisition capacity.
• Expertise in Interviewing and candidate assessment methodologies to ensure high-quality hires.
• Strong command of Talent Acquisition strategies, including proactive sourcing and networking.
• Proficiency in HR tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage high-volume pipelines efficiently.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage candidate expectations effectively.
• Based in Cairo, Egypt and ready to work in a professional on-site environment.
• Experienced career level with a track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets.
