Your tasks

You will be responsible for implementing rigorous safety protocols, conducting thorough site inspections, and ensuring that every aspect of our project meets Quality Assurance benchmarks. Your expertise will directly contribute to a zero-accident culture and the successful delivery of landmark infrastructure projects.

• Lead Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment processes to proactively mitigate site dangers.
• Oversee Quality Assurance procedures to ensure engineering standards are met without compromising safety.
• Conduct regular Site Inspections and audits to maintain compliance with ISO 45001 and local regulations.
• Manage Incident Investigations and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Deliver engaging safety training and Emergency Response drills to the site team.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of proven experience as a Safety Officer within the Engineering, Construction, or Civil Architecture industries.
• Experienced Career Level: Demonstrated ability to manage site safety independently and lead teams through complex safety challenges.
• Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of Engineering principles, Safety management systems, and Quality Assurance methodologies.
• Regulatory Expertise: Strong familiarity with OSHA Standards and ISO 45001 frameworks.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional skills in Risk Assessment, Hazard Identification, and Incident Investigation.
• Readiness: Ability to work on-site in Madina, Saudi Arabia and handle Emergency Response situations with calm and efficiency.
