Your tasks

The Role & Impact As a key leader in our Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical division, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex electrical systems. Your expertise will ensure that our projects are not only completed on time and within budget but also set new benchmarks for Engineering excellence and innovation. You will be the bridge between technical design and successful execution, managing large-scale resources and high-stakes timelines.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the entire Project Management lifecycle for large-scale electrical installations.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within broader Project scopes.
• Drive Budgeting & Cost Control initiatives to maximize efficiency without compromising on quality.
• Foster a culture of Team Leadership and professional development among junior engineers and site staff.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to HSE Standards and local regulatory requirements in Riyadh.

Requirements

• 12-20 years of proven experience in managing large-scale electrical engineering projects, specifically within the Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical sector.
• Demonstrated mastery in Project Management and the ability to handle complex Project lifecycles from inception to handover.
• A strong background in Electrical Engineering with a deep understanding of power systems, distribution, and technical specifications.
• Expertise in Stakeholder Management and Contract Management to navigate high-level professional relationships.
• Proven track record in Budgeting & Cost Control and Risk Management for multi-million dollar ventures.
• Exceptional Team Leadership skills, capable of managing diverse teams in a fast-paced On-site environment.
• Commitment to Quality Assurance and HSE Standards to ensure the highest levels of safety and performance.
• Professional standing at a Manager career level, with the strategic mindset required for high-level decision making.
