Senior Endpoint Management Engineer (SCCM/MECM)

Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM administration and architecture
- Strong expertise in Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
- Proven experience with SCCM infrastructure design, including Distribution Points, Management Points, and Site Systems
- Solid understanding of application packaging and deployment using SCCM
- Experience with security hardening and compliance frameworks (STIG, CIS benchmarks)
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and operational tasks
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VLANs) as they relate to endpoint management
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across technical teams
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hybrid cloud endpoint management (Intune, Co-Management)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
- Knowledge of patch management and vulnerability remediation processes
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks and change management processes
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent
- Experience managing multi-site, regional SCCM deployments
- Background in project management or technical leadership roles
