For our new logistics center in Alsdorf (greater Aachen area), we are looking for several experienced employees for the processing of problem cases (Problem Solves) (m/w/d) Logistics to actively support our team.
WHAT AWAITS YOU?
- First point of contact for specialist departments for problem cases in daily business
- Fast and solution-oriented processing of outbound topics to comply with customer specifications
- Processing of pick and pack shorts as well as error labels
- Clarification of inventory differences in coordination with the Inventory-Team
- Adjustment and maintenance of customer orders
- Support with malfunctions (e.g., label printer, scanner, system access)
- Analysis and rectification of errors with trolleys and cages
- Monitoring and tracking of open customer orders
WHAT DO YOU BRING WITH YOU?
- Completed commercial training in the field of freight forwarding/logistics or comparable
- Proficient in handling MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Good English skills
- Strong communication skills and team player
- Structured, reliable way of working
- Readiness for shift work
