What awaits you?

• You analyze new tenders (RFQs), customer requirements and planning data and derive optimal logistics solutions from them
• You develop individual warehouse, material flow and automation concepts for new and existing customers
• You plan and calculate business expansions and support the long-term further development of existing customer solutions
• You take responsibility for tender and project management and keep an eye on timelines, quality and economic efficiency
• You work closely with Business Development, Operations, IT, Real Estate as well as internal and external specialists
• You develop and evaluate solutions regarding automation, robotics and modern warehouse technologies
• You visualize your concepts using CAD, calculation and planning tools and translate complex solutions into convincing customer offers
• Together with Business Development, you present and defend your concepts to the customer
• You stay at the cutting edge of technology and continuously develop your know-how in the areas of Automation, Robotics and Intralogistics

WHAT YOU BRING

• A completed degree, e.g. in the field of Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in Solution Design, Logistics Engineering, Tender Management or in logistics planning – for the senior position ideally at least 5 years
• Good knowledge of modern warehouse, material flow and intralogistics solutions
• Experience with common calculation, planning and ideally CAD tools
• Knowledge in the field of automation and robotics is a big plus
• Ideally, you also bring operational logistics experience and know what matters for the later implementation of a concept
• You think analytically and economically, work in a structured manner and at the same time enjoy developing creative solutions
• You communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders and can present your ideas convincingly
• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to travel within Germany
