Your area of responsibility
You analyze new tenders (RFQs), customer requirements and planning data and derive optimal logistics solutions from them
You develop individual warehouse, material flow and automation concepts for new and existing customers
You plan and calculate business expansions and support the long-term further development of existing customer solutions
You take responsibility for tender and project management and keep an eye on timelines, quality and economic efficiency
You work closely with Business Development, Operations, IT, Real Estate as well as internal and external specialists
You develop and evaluate solutions regarding automation, robotics and modern warehouse technologies
You visualize your concepts using CAD, calculation and planning tools and translate complex solutions into convincing customer offers
Together with Business Development, you present and defend your concepts to the customer
You stay at the cutting edge of technology and continuously develop your know-how in the areas of Automation, Robotics and Intralogistics
What we wish for from you
A completed degree, e.g. in the field of Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification
at least 5 years of professional experience in Solution Design, Logistics Engineering, Tender Management or in logistics planning
Good knowledge of modern warehouse, material flow and intralogistics solutions
Experience with common calculation, planning and ideally CAD tools
Knowledge in the field of automation and robotics is a big plus
Ideally, you also bring operational logistics experience and know what matters for the later implementation of a concept
You think analytically and economically, work in a structured manner and at the same time enjoy developing creative solutions
You communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders and can present your ideas convincingly
Fluent English skills in speaking and writing
Willingness to travel within Germany
