Quantity Surveyor (Commercial ID, A&A, D&B)

Job Description & Requirements Generation and submission of client-bound quotations based on projects (i.e. Design/Build or Alterations & Additions); Schedule of Rates &/ or Star Rates. Sourcing of quotations from sub-contractors and material suppliers. Assessment and preparation of contract variation orders, claims, cost studies, and final accounts consolidation. Review and liaise closely with the Project Leader/Manager throughout the project cycle. Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, users, relevant authorities during the various project cycle's phases, attend progress meetings as required.

Additional Requirements: ID Cost survey experience is a must Good grasp of ID A&A Work and Design + Build process Possess a Diploma and /or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent Quick analytical thinking Familiar with PSSCOC / SIA / REDAS and /or Singapore contract laws Very proficient in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint. More than 4 years' experience in preparing and administering tenders &/or private contracts
