About the role To support the Planning team in developing well-researched, practical and high-quality urban planning, master planning and urban design solutions. The role assists with project research, site and data analysis, preparation of planning concepts and documentation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders under the guidance of senior planners. Key Responsibilities Conduct desktop research, site studies, benchmarking and analysis of land use, demographics, mobility, infrastructure and development trends. Assist in developing planning concepts, urban frameworks, land-use plans, development parameters, diagrams and presentation materials. Prepare reports, schedules, presentation decks, drawings and other project deliverables accurately and on time. Coordinate inputs from architecture, landscape, infrastructure and other disciplines, and maintain clear project records. Support meetings, workshops and presentations by preparing materials, recording discussions and following up on assigned actions. Check work for accuracy and consistency, follow project standards, and incorporate feedback from project leads. Contribute positively to team tasks, share research and ideas, and build technical knowledge through project exposure and professional development. About you Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Town Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, Geography, or a related discipline. Postgraduate qualification or relevant professional membership is advantageous. 0–3 years of relevant experience in urban planning, master planning, urban design, architecture, or a related consultancy environment. Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects, internships, or a strong portfolio are welcome to apply. Basic understanding of urban planning, land-use planning, urban design, sustainable development, and Singapore’s planning and development framework. Regional exposure is advantageous. Exposure to planning projects, urban research, GIS, urban analysis, data visualisation, or multidisciplinary coordination is advantageous. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret maps, plans, data, and research findings and translate them into clear planning outputs. Interest in mobility, infrastructure, sustainability, resilience, and emerging urban planning approaches. Good written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare planning diagrams, reports, presentations, and other project materials with attention to detail. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively, manage assigned tasks responsibly, and respond positively to feedback. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with GIS, CAD, 3D modelling, or other planning and visualisation tools is advantageous.
