We provide a secure digital investment platform that connects investors with startups and MSMEs seeking funding. Our mission is to support Indonesia's economic growth while improving financial literacy through accessible, transparent, and responsible investment opportunities. Currently, we are looking for a talent to fill the following: Marketing & Investor Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and execution-oriented Marketing & Investor Acquisition Specialist to manage investor education content, marketing campaigns, outbound communications, and investor acquisition initiatives to support ICX’s business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and develop weekly investor-education content, and coordinate with the Graphic Designer for publication.
• Plan and execute outbound marketing campaigns.
• Plan and run financial at least one literacy and one financial inclusion activity per semester, and provide documentation to Compliance for OJK reporting.
• Support Customer Support in preparing public FAQs and response templates related to issuers.
• Plan and execute investor acquisition through ICX’s owned channels and opted-in contacts, including lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion, in line with POJK 22/2023 rules on offers through personal communication channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and investor acquisition results, and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure marketing materials and investor communications pass internal approval and applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, campaign management, growth marketing, or sales.
• Strong copywriting, communication, and campaign execution skills.
• Experience with email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, social media, or marketing automation tools.
• Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and customer/investor acquisition.
• Analytical, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or investment platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent written Bahasa Indonesia, with a portfolio of published copy.
• Comfortable reading financial news and figures, with a basic grasp of shares, dividends and investment risk.
