Kotlin Developer

Your role As a Kotlin Developer, you are responsible for the development and maintenance of applications developed in both Kotlin and Java.

You work closely with the business to understand their needs and to deliver efficient solutions.

You are responsible for implementing user stories and ensuring that the corresponding automated tests are available, so that the quality of the code is guaranteed.

You are responsible for the correct and secure deployment of changes to the production environment. In doing so, you also define and implement the necessary monitoring measures and alerts, so that any problems are quickly detected.

You actively monitor the applications in production, perform maintenance tasks, and ensure the necessary optimizations. Finally, you guarantee the continuity of service by responding quickly and adequately to incoming reports and technical warnings.

Your profile You have obtained a bachelor's degree in computer science or can demonstrate an equivalent level through relevant experience.

You have thorough knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (Kotlin and Java). You are driven in Kotlin (coroutines and Result4k). You have at least 5 years of relevant experience (Kotlin).

You can work fluently in Xtreme Programming environments such as pairing and mobbing.

You have active knowledge of SQL and Git.

You are familiar with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

You have knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus and Grafana).

Previous experience with Scriptura Engage and Vaadin is a plus.

You show perseverance and know how to add value to the team and the organization through your commitment. You show initiative and value team spirit. You are a smooth communicator and have an eager-to-learn mindset.

You have a good knowledge of French and English.
