IT Analyst Innovation & Synergy

Your role As an IT Analyst Innovation & Synergy, you form the bridge between Smals management, various internal teams, and external partners in the context of innovation initiatives, synergies, and the reuse of services and technologies. Depending on your background and interests, your main tasks are:

• Setting up, facilitating, and managing knowledge and exchange communities in one of the areas of Innovation, Synergy, and Reuse.
• Identifying and exploring innovation opportunities with high added value.
• Facilitating collaboration between different entities to maximize the pooling of resources.
• Reducing costs and improving efficiency by optimizing the reuse of existing solutions.
• Supporting and advising stakeholders in implementing new practices and technologies.
• Organizing and leading working groups, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
• Studying and analyzing business needs to propose tailored solutions.
• Structuring and managing strategic studies and business cases.
• Monitoring a portfolio of strategic initiatives and reporting on them to stakeholders.

Your profile You have experience as a business analyst, functional analyst, or in IT project management.

You are driven by innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, resource optimization, and challenges in the field of digital transformation in the public sector. You have a good understanding of technological issues (IT, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, etc.).

Thanks to solid analytical skills, a critical and creative mind, and your interpersonal skills, you quickly become familiar with a specific subject and its context. You can then translate the acquired knowledge into understandable language and add visuals and diagrams to it.

You are able to build a good network and investigate concrete leads at various levels, testing their feasibility and possibilities within the network.

You can work independently and meticulously when preparing certain files. At the same time, you are a true team player who can ensure that everyone is heard during the many virtual or physical consultation moments.

You communicate fluently in French and in English.
