Functional Analyst

Your role As a Functional Analyst, you form the bridge between the business and the functional needs of the business and the technical realization by the development teams. You combine insight into processes, analytical skills, and technical expertise to design qualitative solutions. You work closely with business stakeholders, developers, testers, and the Product Owner.

You help determine the scope of medium to complex development projects and monitor the functional coherence of the solution.

You act as the point of contact for functional clarifications throughout the entire process, from analysis and design to development, validation, and production launch.

The applications are developed in .NET & Azure Cloud using Scrum methodology.

Your profile You hold a master's degree or equivalent expertise. You can demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

You have experience in Agile/Scrum and good knowledge of Agile methodologies.

You have in-depth knowledge of analysis methods and modeling techniques (UML, BPMN, XML, and webservices). You have experience in providing support for E2E testing.

Knowledge of API analysis (REST/SOAP), database modeling (relational & logical), SQL queries, and Sparx Enterprise Architect is an added value. Experience in analyzing and reviewing technical specifications, knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps, and experience with TDD and BDD are also assets.

Depending on the team or project you join, your role may have an additional business, functional, or technical emphasis.

Experience in the social security domain is an extra asset.

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, know how to dissect complex problems, and formulate clear solutions for various stakeholders.

You combine strong analytical and synthetic thinking skills with organizational insight, allowing you to work efficiently and qualitatively.

You are able to bring projects to a successful conclusion both autonomously and in a team setting, take initiative, and act proactively. In doing so, you show flexibility, switch tasks smoothly, and deal constructively with change.

You work in a structured manner, take responsibility, and deliver high-quality work within the set deadlines. Finally, you are eager to learn and continuously focused on improvement.

You have a good knowledge of French and understand English.
