Function

We are looking for a talented Data Modeler to join our international team and play a key role in developing and maintaining a consistent, scalable, and high-quality enterprise data model within a modern Unified Data Platform. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, data product teams, and architects to design logical and physical data models that support the organization's ambition to become a truly data-driven enterprise. You will contribute to standards, governance, and best practices in the field of data modeling, while ensuring that data models remain accurate, reusable, and aligned with business needs.

• Support the development and lifecycle management of the enterprise data model.
• Design, develop, and maintain logical and physical data models.
• Define and promote standards, guidelines, templates, and best practices for data modeling.
• Support data product teams in designing high-quality, scalable data models.
• Translate business concepts and source systems into standardized data structures.
• Review and integrate model changes while ensuring consistency, quality, and governance.
• Ensure alignment between the enterprise data model, the business glossary, and the data governance framework.
• Measure and monitor the adoption and business impact of the enterprise data model.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve data modeling methodologies.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in data modeling or a similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of both normalized and denormalized data models.
• Strong analytical skills with practical experience in data analysis.
• Experience with the Teradata Vantage Data Model or a similar enterprise data modeling framework.
• Proven experience in designing logical and physical data models within enterprise data platforms.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Good understanding of the principles of data governance and data quality.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to align business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
