Inspect and monitor the quality of metal and steel products throughout the manufacturing process.
Ensure that manufactured products comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections for raw materials and finished products.
Monitor fabrication processes including cutting, bending, welding, assembly, grinding, and finishing.
Identify quality defects, non-conformities, and deviations and ensure proper corrective actions are implemented.
Review and verify dimensions, welding quality, material specifications, and workmanship.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCRs, checklists, and quality records.
Coordinate with Production, Technical Office, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with applicable Quality Management System procedures and standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, and production losses.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy or related field).
8–10 years of experience in Quality Control within metal manufacturing, steel fabrication, or metal products factories .
Good knowledge of steel and metal fabrication processes .
Strong understanding of welding, fabrication, dimensional inspection, and material specifications .
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications .
Experience in inspection of steel structures, metal doors, fabricated steel products, or similar metal products is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of NCR, inspection reports, corrective actions, and quality documentation .
Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and quality standards .
Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively with Production and Technical Office teams.
