Project Quality Engineer

As a Project Quality Engineer, you will be at the heart of our operations, guaranteeing that all projects meet and exceed stringent quality benchmarks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implementing robust quality systems and driving continuous improvement. This role offers the perfect blend of technical challenge and strategic influence within a fast-paced and innovative setting. Responsibilities:

Follow up comprehensive Quality Control and Quality Assurance programs across engineering, construction, and manufacturing projects.

Review, and maintain project-specific Quality Management plans and procedures.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, including ISO 9001 .

Identify potential risks and implement proactive Risk Management strategies to mitigate quality issues.

Perform Root Cause Analysis for non-conformances and collaborate on corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor and analyze project quality data , preparing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.

Ensure effective Technical Documentation and record-keeping for all quality-related activities.

Provide expert guidance and training to project teams on quality best practices and methodologies like Process Improvement .

A solid foundation in Engineering principles with 2-5 years of proven experience in Project Quality Engineering, ideally within construction, civil, architecture, or manufacturing/production environments.

Demonstrable expertise in Project Management and a robust understanding of Quality Control , Quality Assurance , and overall Quality Management systems.

Proficiency in applying Installations Standards and a strong working knowledge of quality methodologies such as ISO 9001 , Process Improvement , Risk Management , and Root Cause Analysis .

Excellent skills in conducting thorough Auditing , performing insightful Data Analysis , and creating precise Technical Documentation .

A proactive approach to Problem Solving and exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
