Maintenance Manager
Must-have:Lead
- Lead the overall maintenance strategy across multiple production facilities.
- Ensure high equipment availability, reliability, and operational continuity.
- Establish and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
- Lead Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance functions.
- Drive maintenance cost optimization and effective utilization of resources.
- Develop and monitor maintenance KPIs, reliability indicators, and improvement plans.
- Oversee annual maintenance budgets, CAPEX/OPEX requirements, and spare parts planning.
- Lead major shutdowns, overhauls, and critical maintenance projects.
- Develop maintenance leadership capabilities and build high-performing technical teams.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE, quality, and engineering standards.
- Drive Reliability, Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of progressive maintenance experience, with significant leadership exposure in (construction or manufacturing) environments.
- Proven experience managing large-scale maintenance operations and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong expertise in Asset Reliability, Maintenance Planning, RCA, TPM & Predictive Maintenance.
- Strong financial, analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in heavy/industrial manufacturing is highly preferred.
