Maintenance Engineer (Heavy Equipment)

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and powertrain failures.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential failures before breakdowns occur.
- Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimum unplanned downtime.
- Follow up on maintenance schedules, work orders, spare parts, and maintenance records.
- Supervise technicians during inspection, repair, and overhaul activities.
- Analyze recurring breakdowns and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE and maintenance procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Diesel Engines, Hydraulics, Transmissions, Powertrains & Mechanical Systems.
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with maintenance teams and equipment operators.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
