Cellular Telephony Support Technician

At icorp we are hiring! We are a global company in IT services and technological solutions. We are looking for a Cellular Telephony Support Technician to join our team in Querétaro. If you know how to handle smartphones, have good proficiency in Excel, and enjoy providing user support, we want to meet you!

Your tasks

Equipment configuration and preparation: Installation of work applications, configuration of access accounts, network, and initial parameters on cell phones. Inventory control: Register and update in Excel sheets the delivery, reception, and status of mobile devices assigned to personnel. User support: Provide first-level support in resolving doubts, basic failures, or incidents reported by promoters. Escalation: Escalate complex technical failures or problems.

Requirements

Education: Technical career, incomplete or completed bachelor's degree in Systems, Informatics, IT, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 6 months in handling, configuration, and use of mobile devices (Android / iOS Smartphones). Tools: Basic to intermediate Excel management (filling out logs, records, filters). Soft skills: Excellent service attitude, proactivity, responsibility, and organizational capacity. Languages: Basic English

Modality: Hybrid: Querétaro, Qro. (On site in Palma Cyca) Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Salary: $11,000 - $13,000 MXN gross monthly (depending on experience) Duration: 6-month project with possibility of extension based on performance.
