IT Software Asset Management (SAM) - Bilingual / Temporary Project

Join our team as IT Software Asset Management!

We are looking for someone with a passion for order, detail, and software license optimization, who wants to actively contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your main role will be to ensure compliance and optimization of software use within the organization, managing internal and external audits, and providing support in license administration and software deployment.

Location: Querétaro, Querétaro. Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 am to 05:30 pm. Modality: On-site.

Requirements:

• Interested in participating in a Temporary Project
• Bachelor's/Engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. (Preferably Graduated)
• Experience in a similar position, minimum of 1 year.
• Intermediate - advanced English (an assessment will be conducted)
• Experience working in the IT service desk area, technical support, or similar functions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to express complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Knowledge:

• Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Meet, Calendar, etc.)
• ITSM Tool (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
• Advanced reporting in spreadsheets with pivot tables and information management
• Data analysis
• Understanding of different types of licenses (per user, network, per workstation, per core, etc.)
• Knowledge of different types of licenses
• Familiar with software vendors (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, MicroFocus, etc.)
• Understanding of software packages and implementation tools
• Basic knowledge and understanding of software audits

Main activities:

• Ensure compliance and optimization of software use within the organization.
• Manage internal and external audits,
• Provide support in license administration and software deployment.

• Minimum education: Higher education
• Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience
• Languages: English
