A central headquarters role in managing Apple activity within a leading retail chain, combining operations, Trade Marketing, data management, data analysis, and influencing the sales world. Your tasks

Responsibilities Routine management of activity with the chain: orders, online systems, SKU management, and inventory and availability control End-to-End order support, handling operational issues, and guiding "iConGroup" customer service Leading Trade Marketing initiatives, promotions, launches, and sales promotions in collaboration with the chain's marketing manager and Apple Working with branch managers to increase Sell-out and improve visibility at points of sale Professional response, training, and presentations for sales teams Meeting targets and KPIs defined by Apple, while analyzing performance, generating reports, and monitoring metrics Managing internal and external interfaces Direct communication with Apple while providing routine reports

Requirements

Requirements Bachelor's degree - (Advantage) Experience in operations, commerce, or customer management - (Advantage) High proficiency in Excel Ability to manage interfaces, excellent interpersonal communication, and presentation skills Business and sales orientation, initiative, and high motivation Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple tasks Good level of English Deep familiarity with the Apple work environment and products - Advantage
