ServiceNow Developer

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned to client requirements and platform best practices
• Build platform features using business rules, script includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Glide APIs
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub and MID Server Module Specialism

• Hands-on ServiceNow platform experience appropriate to the level you are applying for (see Level Guide above)
• Proficiency in JavaScript — Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Glide APIs
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and integration patterns (Integration Hub preferred from Consultant level)
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate requirements into platform solutions
• Good communication skills — able to engage with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
