ServiceNow Developer (Contract) HRSD / CSM

Role & Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned to client requirements and platform best practices Build platform features using business rules, script includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Glide APIs Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations using Integration Hub and MID Server Module Specialism CMDB —Configuration Management HRSD — HR Service Delivery CSM — CustomerService Management FSM — FieldService Management SPM —Strategic Portfolio Management GRC / IRM —Governance, Risk & Compliance SecOps —Security Operations App Engine —Custom Development Now Assist /Agentic AI Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar relevant education background. Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development required. Minimum 1 year of experience in HRSD / CSM Module. Proficiency in JavaScript — Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Glide APIs Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and integration patterns (Integration Hub preferred from Consultant level) Solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies Strong analytical skills and ability to translate requirements into platform solutions Good communication skills — able to engage with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
