Production Engineer – Surface Treatment

Supervise line workers and technicians acr oss sandblasting, galvanizing, or pain ting treatment lines. Monitor treatment quality through visual inspections and basic measuring tools to identify defects early. Report equipment malfunctions to the Senior Production Engineer. Record daily production output, material consumption, and downtime data. Ensure compliance w ith PPE and safety requirem ents. Support process improvements and the implementation of 5S stand ards. Provide on-the-job training to new workers on line setup, machine operation, and quality checks. Follow the production schedule and ensure work orders are completed within the shift. Continuously report production performance, quality issues, and safety concerns.

Bachelor’s Degr ee in Science or Chemical Engin ee ri n g. 1–2 years of expe rience in surface treatment or industrial coating. Experience or internships i n the steel in dustry are a plus. Basic knowled ge of sandblasting, galvanizing, and industrial pa inting processes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Good communication skills in Ar abic; English is a plus. Energetic, disciplined, and willing to work on the factory floor. Proficien cy in ERP systems and MS Office.
