Production Engineer

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare daily production reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing and maintaining work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols.
- Participate in training programs and gain hands-on experience with production machinery and systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and ISO requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Chemical Engineering.
- 0-2 years of Experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
