Style Coordinator

Responsible for leading the curation strategy, trends, and fashion direction of the multibrand channels, ensuring alignment between brand positioning, commercial performance, and fashion storytelling. Responsibilities and dutiesTrend research, brands in all categories, mapping and prospecting new national and international brands according to positioning needs. Semiannual development of macrotrends material.Development of monthly microtrends material and report of collection results and deliveries, along with growth opportunities for sales levers;Purchase of the curation portfolio according to defined KPIs;Mapping and development of thematic Collabs, prospecting and negotiating with brands for both channels. Monitoring purchases of other portfolios with a focus on curation and ensuring current trends in stock to achieve results together with the commercial team;Management of the new brand approval committee and setting up a monitoring workflow. Direction and monitoring of the production team to ensure quality in terms of styling, image, and information of products activated on the site. Application of training (special coverage with the CR and Production teams) on collection starts, brands, Macro and Microtrends. Responsible for the curation of institutional campaigns and coordination of showroom deliveries - Interface with commercial, marketing, and productionEnsuring that the trends of each collection are identified and aligned with the production and marketing teams according to the branding of each channel and commercial strategy. Ensuring alignment of commercial calendars with marketing campaign launches.
