Key Responsibilities Ensure vessel operations comply with Charter Party (C/P) terms. Manage voyage port turn-around efficiently to minimize voyage expenses and optimize scheduling. Monitor bunker consumption, timely, and economical stemming locations. Issue fixture, freight, and charter-hire notes accurately. Prepare post-voyage lay time and demurrage calculations and monitor demurrage settlements to ensure accurate billing. Attend and mitigate demurrage post-shipment disputes and calculations. Communicate voyage orders promptly to vessel owners, charterers, and agents before voyage commencement to ensure alignment. Perform pre- and post-voyage analysis to ascertain profitability and conduct variance analysis for operational improvements. Qualifications Diploma in Maritime or Nautical related studies Experience working in ship-owning or brokering offices will be an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
