Development Engineer for the Pilot Plant in Support of the R&D Institute

An opportunity to take part in turning ideas and innovation into real industrial processes. In this role, you will lead the transition of innovative processes from the laboratory stage to pilot and production, you will work with a wide range of technologies and directly influence the development of products and processes on an industrial scale. A challenging role dealing with all the fundamental operations in chemical engineering - development and scaling of new processes, improvement and optimization of existing processes, simulations, and knowledge implementation in factories. As part of the role, shift work is required.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering - mandatory, Master's degree in Chemical Engineering - advantage
• Experience in running and operating pilot processes, experience in plant design (preliminary and detailed design) and reading/preparing P&ID drawings
• Basic experience in the field of process simulations, advantage for basic knowledge in ASPEN and similar
• High level of English
• Skill in writing professional reports and presenting them, including preparing presentations and knowledge transfer
• Willingness for work travel (within and outside the country), shift work, and overtime as needed
