About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager (Front of House) to join our team. If you enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading a service team, and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Lead and supervise the Front of House team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and guest enquiries.
- Resolve customer feedback and service issues professionally.
- Train, coach, and motivate the service team.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare staff schedules and support inventory and operational tasks when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Experience with restaurant reservation or POS systems is an advantage.
- Candidates with F&B experience are preferred.
