Senior Accounts Executive

ICHAM Pte Ltd , is a licensed fund management company founded and headquartered in Singapore. Our principal activities are wealth management, fund management and investment advisory services. We render services to multi-family offices as well as operate and manage various Funds which includes but not limited to private equity fund, hedge funds, fixed income funds, etc.

The Company is looking for a dynamic and innovative thinker to join the team as:

Senior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Account opening with various Financial Institutions (FIs), including liaising with and dealing with FIs
• To assist and report to Financial Controller and Senior Accountant on various financial relating matters including but not limited to Funds’ NAV reporting and Fund Management Company
• To prepare financial supporting documentations
• To assist in GST returns, annual tax compliance and annual audit related matters etc
• Communicating with fund administrators, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, bankers etc

Key Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CPA, ISCA, ACCA), Bachelor's degree/postgraduate diploma/professional degree in finance or accountancy
• At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in an audit firm is preferred
• Prior experience within the investment management or financial services sectors is highly advantageous
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Good team player
