Responsibilities Servicing the existing customer base through outbound calls for the purpose of managing customers with unpaid balances in Retail Banking products. Restructuring of Delinquent debts of Banking products. Recording actions in the operational Systems of the Bank. Required Qualifications: Experience in the field of Telephony customer service (desirable experience in collection). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in shifts.
