Join our Payroll Team

ICAP Outsourcing Solutions is looking for a Senior Payroll Consultant to join the Payroll team.

In this role, you will contribute to the accurate, timely, and fully compliant execution of the payroll process, ensuring the application of labor, social security, and tax legislation.

The ideal candidate will join the Payroll team, reporting to the Head of Payroll, and will work closely with the Human Resources, Financial Services teams, and other operational sectors, contributing to the provision of high-level payroll services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the monthly payroll process, ensuring its timely, accurate, and efficient completion
  • Entering, updating, and verifying all personnel changes, such as hires, leavers, contract changes, leaves, overtime, sickness, and other changes affecting payroll
  • Verifying payroll data, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring timely resolution of arising issues
  • Collaborating with the Human Resources Department and other business units to ensure the accuracy and updating of employee data
  • Ensuring compliance with Greek labor, social security, and tax legislation, as well as with the company's internal policies and procedures
  • Preparing payroll reports and statistics, as well as supporting internal and external audits
  • Participating in process optimization, automation, and best practice implementation projects aimed at the continuous improvement of Payroll operations
  • Providing support and guidance to junior team members, where required

Required Qualifications:

  • University/Technical degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in a Senior Payroll position or a similar Payroll role
  • Very good knowledge of Greek labor, social security, and tax legislation
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using payroll systems. Knowledge of Pylon HRM & Payroll will be considered a significant advantage
  • Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with particular attention to detail
  • High sense of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities within demanding timelines
