Junior Accountant
ICAP Employment Solutions, on behalf of a client, a leading position in domestic furniture manufacturing, based in Piraeus, is looking for a Junior Accountant!
Employment Type: Full-time
The suitable candidate will support the daily operations of the accounting department and will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills in an organized and modern professional environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Entry and verification of accounting documents
- Customer and supplier reconciliations
- Support in the invoicing and collections process
- Monitoring of bank transactions and reconciliations
- Support in the execution of daily accounting tasks
- Participation in the preparation of financial and accounting reports
- Archiving and organization of financial documents
- Collaboration with other company departments to resolve accounting issues
- Management and receipt of orders, entry and tracking of orders
- Organization and efficient execution of daily tasks
Required Qualifications:
- University/TEI/college degree in Accounting, Economics or a related field
- Optional knowledge of the Capital software
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and especially Excel
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Consistency, responsibility and willingness to learn
- Ability to cooperate and effective time management
