Suitable candidates will undertake to:
- Manage portfolio cases
- Communicate with borrowers to find a sustainable solution for the purpose of loan restructuring / collection
- Schedule and propose restructuring solutions to assigned clients
Required Qualifications:
The minimum we require? High School Diploma. Something more? Every additional study (IEK, TEI, AEI) is a plus that is particularly valued – especially if it is related to the industry!
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of computer operation and MS Office
- Focus on achieving goals within time specifications
- Team spirit, with an emphasis on developing synergies within the team
- Customer-centric / Human-centric approach
- Developed communication and negotiation skills
