ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, one of the leading companies in the field of the primary sector, based in the greater area of Western Thessaloniki, is seeking for:

Your tasks

We are looking for an IT & ERP Support Specialist to join our IT team, reporting directly to the CIO. The successful candidate will support the company’s day-to-day technology operations and play an active role in the development, customization, and effective use of the SoftOne ERP system.

• Troubleshoot technological issues and resolve problems promptly to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations.
• Install and configure new technology across the company, including operating systems, software programs and applications, desktop computers, and other hardware.
• Perform regular maintenance and monitoring of computer systems, printers, network systems, and other technical equipment.
• Develop, customize, and maintain custom modifications to the company’s SoftOne ERP system to support evolving business needs.
• Develop and maintain data integration, transformation, and reporting applications, ensuring reliable data flows and accurate business insights.
• Use AI tools to support solution development, technical troubleshooting, code creation and improvement, documentation, reporting, and day-to-day productivity.
• Investigate and develop business cases for new modules or functionalities, assessing business needs, technical requirements, and expected benefits.
• Create and maintain system, process, and user documentation.
• Support and train company users, promoting effective use of systems and increasing user self-sufficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with business enterprise systems.
• Extensive experience with SoftOne ERP is an absolute must-have.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Very good technical knowledge of systems and network installation and support.
• Very good command of the English language.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Methodical approach with strong attention to detail.
