AI & API Integration Developer (Full-Time, Remote)

We are looking for an AI & API Integration Developer to design, develop, and integrate next-generation AI solutions into the iBrokerage platform. This role will focus on building intelligent, automated experiences across AI agents, AI avatars, voice, video, conversational AI, virtual assistants, document intelligence, and electronic signatures .

The ideal candidate will have strong experience integrating AI technologies through APIs and developing AI agents capable of understanding user requests, making decisions, accessing data, and completing tasks autonomously within a secure platform environment.

Key Responsibilities AI Agents: Design and develop intelligent AI agents that can understand user intent, access authorized platform data, make decisions, and execute tasks across iBrokerage modules.

AI Avatars: Integrate AI-powered digital avatars for interactive training, support, communication, and user experiences.

AI Caller Solutions: Develop and integrate AI voice agents capable of handling inbound and outbound calls, conversations, inquiries, and automated workflows.

Voice Recognition: Integrate speech-to-text, text-to-speech, voice recognition, and natural voice interaction with AI agents and avatars.

AI Video Generation: Build workflows that allow users to create professional avatar videos from scripts, including automated voice narration and presentation.

Advanced Chatbots: Develop intelligent, context-aware chatbots capable of answering questions, guiding users, and performing platform-related tasks.

AI User Assistant: Build an AI assistant that helps users navigate iBrokerage, access information, complete tasks, and interact with platform features.

AI Training & Manuals: Develop AI-powered avatar and assistant experiences capable of presenting manuals, policies, documentation, and training materials while answering user questions.

Online Signatures: Integrate secure electronic signature solutions and develop AI-assisted workflows for preparing, sending, tracking, and completing documents.

API Integration: Connect third-party AI and SaaS services through REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and other integration methods.

Platform Integration: Ensure AI agents and services integrate seamlessly with iBrokerage modules, user accounts, permissions, workflows, and data.

Security & Reliability: Implement secure authentication, authorization, data protection, logging, error handling, and monitoring across all AI integrations.

Strong experience in AI application development and API integration .

Hands-on experience building AI agents, AI assistants, chatbots, or agentic workflows .

Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, function calling, tool use, RAG, and AI orchestration .

Experience integrating third-party AI platforms through APIs and SDKs.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, OAuth, and API authentication .

Experience with speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies .

Experience with AI voice, telephony, avatar, or video-generation platforms.

Experience developing knowledge-based AI systems using documents, manuals, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG .

Experience integrating electronic signature APIs .

Strong backend development and web application architecture skills.

Understanding of data security, access control, and privacy requirements.

Ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them into production systems.
