Optimize inventory management processes, ensuring accuracy, minimizing waste, and maintaining optimal stock levels for critical pharmaceutical products.

Implement and enforce stringent quality control and regulatory compliance standards specific to the pharmaceutical industry, including GxP guidelines.

Manage inbound and outbound logistics , overseeing receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations for timely and accurate product delivery.

Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, leveraging data analysis to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall warehouse performance.

Maintain a safe and organized working environment , strictly adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless operations.

Skills & Technologies: We are looking for a leader who brings a robust skill set to the table, including expertise in: Warehousing best practices and modern warehouse management systems.

Deep understanding of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Industries operations, including specific handling and storage requirements.

Advanced Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management principles.

Proficiency in Logistics Operations and optimization strategies.

Strong capabilities in Team Leadership , mentorship, and performance management.

A keen eye for Quality Control and adherence to Regulatory Compliance (Pharmaceutical) .

A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in warehouse management, specifically within the pharmaceutical industries or a closely related highly regulated sector.

Proven expertise in Warehousing , Inventory Management , and Supply Chain Management .

Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership and fostering a high-performance environment.

Strong understanding and practical application of Regulatory Compliance (Pharmaceutical) , Quality Control , and Health and Safety Regulations .

A track record of driving Process Improvement and optimizing Logistics Operations .

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for Data Analysis .
