Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Lead month-end and year-end close processes efficiently and accurately. Mentor and guide junior finance team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and control within the finance department.
Skills & Technologies: Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices. Strong background in Finance and financial operations. Expertise in Financial Analysis and reporting. Demonstrated ability in Financial Management , including budgeting and forecasting. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP Systems .
