Transaction Support Operations Team Lead

Your tasks

Management and leadership of a remote back-office operations team. Responsibility for the team's ongoing activity, task distribution, and prioritization according to department needs. Performing regular controls on the activities of the M&A operations team, including execution quality, process integrity, and adherence to timelines. Responsibility for KYC processes – onboarding, verification, and sending forms to the Exchange member. Working with internal and external interfaces and driving processes according to operational needs. Responsibility for improving and streamlining work processes within the department.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree – Mandatory. Managerial experience in the operations field for at least two years – Mandatory. Experience in a financial company / investment house / bank – Significant advantage. Proficiency in Office applications – Mandatory. Good level of English – Mandatory.

Other

Full-time position: Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00, one work day from home after the handover period.
