• Management and maintenance of complex IT infrastructures, including user management and information systems for group companies. * Accompanying and advancing technological projects in the fields of communications, virtualization, and infrastructure.
• The role requires high availability even beyond regular working hours, including responding to incidents in the evenings and weekends, while maintaining full operational continuity and system availability.

Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 6-8 years in the field of IT infrastructure in complex environments - mandatory.
• High level of English - mandatory.
• Experience in planning, establishing, and managing communication networks: Routing, Switching, Vlans, Firewall, VPN - mandatory.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS), including resource management and security - mandatory.
• Management of complex AD environments, Group Policy, permissions, and identities - mandatory.
• Familiarity with information security principles, risk management, and organizational security policy. Practical experience with ZTNA, Firewall, Mail Gateway solutions - mandatory.
• Experience with monitoring tools, event management, and real-time response - mandatory.

• Ability to work independently under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize and work in parallel on multiple projects. </body>
