Lawyer for the Professional Department at IBI Capital – Mergers and Acquisitions field - 1398 The role includes: -Professional and operational handling of M&A transactions in the Israeli high-tech market and various regulatory trusts. -Preparation and review of agreements and legal documents. -Direct work with the M&A operations department. -Legal response and direct conduct towards clients, including senior investors in the high-tech market. -Work with law firms and accountants. Required skills: Law degree - Mandatory. Lawyer license - Mandatory. Experience as a lawyer - Up to two years (relevant from internship). Experience in high-tech, tort law, or commercial fields - Significant advantage. High level of English - Reading, writing, and speaking - Mandatory. Personal skills: High expression ability in Hebrew and English, high service orientation, responsibility, thoroughness, fast learning ability and business understanding, ability to work independently under multitasking, ability to work with multiple interfaces.
