CS Representative - International Desk

What will you do in this role? Professional response to customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Management of customer accounts and handling trading operations. Use of advanced trading systems to execute transactions in the capital market according to customer request. In-depth learning about the capital market in Israel and the USA with excellent growth opportunities. Working hours: Monday to Friday (including two evening shifts on Fridays per month). Shifts: Morning: 08:45 – 17:45 Afternoon: 11:00 – 20:00 Evening: 14:00 – 23:00 Holidays: Working on Israeli holidays, but not working on American holidays. Bachelor's degree - advantage. Affinity to the capital market - mandatory. Good English - mandatory. Proficiency in Excel – advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills - mandatory. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team.
