About IBG HydroTech GmbH We, IBG HydroTech GmbH, based in Alzenau/Bavaria, specialize in the development and manufacture of high-quality products in the fields of robotics, pipe cleaning, and trenchless pipe rehabilitation. From individual system components to complex vehicle conversions, we manufacture almost exclusively according to customer requirements. Our products are subject to a continuous improvement process, in which we additionally supplement product characteristics through an ongoing dialogue with our customers and users. This dialogue enables us to always offer demanding products. We currently employ approx. 80 employees and are looking for new employees. Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) with fluent English skills

This is your new area of responsibility

• Communication and coordination with numerous internal and external contact persons
• Coordination as well as preparation and follow-up of appointments and meetings
• Structured provision, processing, and archiving of information
• Participation in the creation of offers
• Organization of travel for the field sales service (visa/flight/hotel)
• Participation in projects as well as participation in service
• Support of visitors, business partners, and customers

What you bring to the role

• A successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g., as Industriekaufmann, Kaufmann für Büromanagement) or a Bachelor's degree in the field of economics
• Initial professional experience in a commercial position
• Very good communication skills when dealing with internal and external interlocutors, high social competence, and team spirit
• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing are indispensable for this position; another foreign language (e.g., Russian, Spanish, Portuguese) is an advantage
• Good MS-Office skills (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)
• Experience in dealing with an ERP-System (ideally SAGE 100)
